Another 15 minutes passed, and I called again. We stood outside the arrivals at terminal 5 and patiently waited to be contacted, After half an hour, I tried calling 24-7 Ride, and after 10 minutes of waiting to talk to a human, I hung up. I was impressed that they had monitored our flight and seen the early arrival. Our flight came in an hour early, and when we landed I was happy to see that we would be getting a call/email from our driver about the earlier arrival. I picked this vehicle because of not only the four of us, but with our luggage which we needed for our 3 weeks of travelling around LA and San Diego. I booked a Luxury Minivan to pick up myself, my wife, and our married friends.

Bottom line - the company is very unreliable and at least some of the drivers are not professional. I did quickly receive full refunds for all canceled rides, but had to rely on multiple Lyft and Uber rides for all other transportation needs due to the last minute cancellation notifications. After that first day of airport pickups, every other ride was canceled with the meager explanation of "no driver/vehicle availability".
Other members in my group felt unsafe with their driver's speed and maneuvering on the freeway.
Every single seat was stained, and the floors were covered in debris. This issue was corrected for the next three rides (after I called Customer Service to request a refund, which I received). The driver called and asked me to go outside and tell him which column I was near.
I paid for the "meet and greet" service, which I did not receive for the first ride. Unfortunately, the company only completed 4 of the 10 rides. I booked a total of 10 rides for 14 people to and from LAX for very reasonable prices.
